Registrations

Registrations can be done all year round. To enrol your child at Montessori Kids Academy, please follow the steps below:

Please complete and submit the online pre-registration form below. Once we have received your pre-registration form, your file will be placed on our waiting list.

If your child is suitable, we will send you a proposal for an individual interview. Following this interview, you will receive a definitive answer by e-mail (within two weeks).

In the event of a positive decision, an e-mail will be sent to you containing the registration form to be completed and sent to us.

Registration fee (1st registration): 150,000 Fcfa / child.

Re-registration fees: 50,000 Fcfa / child

School fees (single fee for nursery and kindergarten): 1,990,000 Fcfa / year.

First instalment (Sept. Oct. Nov. Dec.): 790,000 Fcfa (payable in early september)

Second instalment (Jan. Feb. Mar.): 600,000 Fcfa (payable in early January)

Third instalment (April, May, June): 900,000 Fcfa (payable in early April)

ℹ️ Payment of tuition fees must be made by bank transfer or by bank deposit with the Management at your convenience between the 1st and 5th of the month in which each instalment begins.

School supplies: 250,000 Fcfa / child in kindergarten and 150,000 Fcfa / child in nursery (these fees are payable in one instalment on enrolment).
ℹ️ These are the materials and consumables needed for your child’s daily work during the school year (crepe paper, colored sheets, acrylic paint, ink, oil pastels, brushes, glue, Woody pencils, erasers, paper, notebooks, gouache, photocopies, modeling clay, sand paste, clay, folders, pockets, paint pots, canson paper, Montessori work materials, handkerchiefs, cups, etc.).

Extra-curricular fees: payable only if your child is enrolled in extra-curricular activities. Rates on request.

Lunchtime supervision fees: included in school fees.

Meal costs: parents can subscribe to our school canteen service (Starter – Main course – Dessert prepared in-house + 10 a.m. snack + Mineral Water). Price per meal: 7,000 Fcfa / day. (PLEASE NOTE THE CANTEEN SERVICE WILL GO INTO AFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 2025)

Evening childcare fee: payable only if your child is registered for evening childcare. Rates – please consult us.

Opening hours:

Nursery opening hours (children aged from birth to 3 years): the nursery is open four (4) days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Opening hours are: 7.30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m.

Nursery school hours (children aged 3 to 6): the nursery school is open five (5) days a week, i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Wednesday mornings only from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. School vacations for the academic year: children will start school on September 1, 2025.
